"Oh, the pool" gush groupies who've graced Boston's only rooftop swimming space, long considered the best feature of this "European"-style hotel that's "convenient to the convention center and to Back Bay shopping"; Francophiles favor the on-site Brasserie Jo, and a 2008 redo has moved the formerly "adequate" rooms "up several notches", so this property opposite the Prudential Center is a "good value" in an expensive nabe.

Poor shower design. Floor would get completely wet every time you showered. Only one mirror in the entire room (rest room).

No convenience shop or vending machines.

I have stayed here twice before. It is always clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful. I am certain that I will stay here again

Hotel was incredibly convenient right off the thruway and in the middle of many opportunities for visiting. Hotel staff was great except they did not see how easy it would have been to accommodate a person with their pool....when I called they said it was accessible but not with ladders and no steps. The Colonnade is stylish and comfortable with personalized service.

We plan to return to the Colonnade as soon as possible. It is stylish, elegant, comfortable and clean. We received top of the line service from all employees. The roof top pool is not to be missed!

Nice and clean and in a very good location.

Wouldn't let us check in until 3 pm which is not what the other hotels in the area usually do. Parking is also a had hit of $38 a day.

Hotel is nice and clean and in a great general vicinity. Hotel staff is not rude but really don't do out of their way.
When leaving the hotel their are 3 card swipes to get out of the garage. A hotel employee was standing right there and watch me use all 3 card swipes to finally get out of the garage.
